my name is Fee and I have created this blog Raw, Fit & Happy to share with you my passion for healthy eats and a fulfilled, happy and fit lifestyle.
I want to show you how simple, affordable and yet delicious it can be to improve your mental and physical health by including more fruits and veggies into your diet.
For me, eating a mostly raw vegan diet has not only improved my well-being (no more headaches, stomach problems and mood swings) but opened a whole new world. I learned to really enjoy my food, find a deep connection to nature and other beings and strive for a less stressful, more spiritual and happier life.
There is not only significant prove for the fact that a plant-based diet is able to prevent and cure the most threatening illnesses of today's society (see for example "The China Study" by T. Colin Campbell) but countless people are experiencing real benefits from a raw vegan diet.
