BEST CHOCOLATE MYLKSHAKE EVER

This is the perfect season for some frozen, creamy, chocolate indulgence. But why indulge and feel bad about it? Here is the recipe for the best chocolate mylkshake ever - and it does not only taste like heaven but is low fat, raw vegan and good for you. It's unbelievable, I know, and I am pretty sure it is one of my best recipes up here ;)
As far as I am concerned, I could have this every day. It is soo good. Rich, creamy, ice cold and tastes like chocolate, banana and more chocolate.

The best thing about this mylkshake is, that it is only made of almonds, frozen bananas, coconut oil, cacao powder, natural sweetener and some spices. That's it. It's whipped up in 5 minutes and you can enjoy it together with a second person :) I shared it with my little sister. As some of you may know, she is allergic to milk and egg and this was her very first chocolate mylkshake ever. She loved it :)

BEST CHOCOLATE MYLKSHAKE EVER
Serves 2

Vanilla mylk
1/4 cup almonds
few drops of pure vanilla extract
1/2 t cinnamon powder
0.5 l water

Chocolate ice cream
2 frozen bananas
2 T raw cacao powder
1 t raw agave syrup or 2 pitted medjool dates
1/2 t cinnamon powder

Chocolate sauce
2 T raw melted coconut oil
1 T raw cacao powder
1/2 t raw agave syrup or other liquid sweetener

For the vanilla mylk, blend almonds with water and add vanilla and cinnamon powder. Pour through a nut mylk bag or let sit for 1 hour and decant mylk (to separate from nut shell pieces).
For the chocolate sauce, stirr cacao powder and agave syrup into melted coconut oil until smooth.
For the chocolate ice cream, blend frozen bananas in high speed blender to ice cream consistency. Add cacao powder, agave syrup and cinnamon.
Now, spon the chocolate ice cream into your big mylkshake glass, pour vanilla mylk over it and drizzle chocolate sauce over it. You can either drink/eat your chocolate mylkshake like this or give everything a short blend.

Enjoy!

PEANUT BUTTER & BROWNIE ICE CREAM

I made ice cream for ya! It was a beautiful day outside with a lot of sunshine and it directly made me crave this creamy deliciousness. This raw vegan ice cream is peanut butter, brownie and red fuits all in one. This tastes soo good and is far better than bought one. This ice cream is healthy, sweet and if you love the combination of peanut butter and jam and can only imagine how this tastes when paired with crunchy brownie pieces, you will love this dessert!

I personally think there is nothing better than raw vegan ice cream and I love to play around with the different flavors and textures. This ice cream is made of frozen bananas flavored with raw home made peanut butter and mixed with small brownie chunks. It is crunchy, rich and pairs heavenly with the tart red berry sauce. This is the perfect treat for a cozy afternoon or a great dessert for Valentine's day. Make a batch for yourself and/or your loved ones and enjoy this beautiful week.

ICE CREAM DREAM

This raw vegan dessert will directly transport you to heaven!
This is why I called it ice cream dream. It consists of perfectly ripe bananas, gooey dates and juicy pomegranate combined with raw delicious vanilla bean and a little raw vegan homemade chocolate. I used these super healthy ingredients to create a low fat, sweet and nutritious version of classic vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and sprinkles. But here you even get pom sprinkles- doesn't that sound too good to be true?

This treat is perfect for a beautiful harvest afternoon and will be loved by all your non-vegan friends as well, because it is simply heavenly.
You could also layer the vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce to create a perfect holiday dessert. Just look at these colors. And the super creamy texture. And the sweetness. Just imagine what it tastes like when the pomegranate explodes in your mouth to merge with the vanilla ice cream and caramel. Multiply that by 1000. Now you got the right idee of what this ice cream dream tastes like.
I have no more words for this deliciousness :)

ICE CREAM DREAM
Serves1

Vanilla ice cream
3-4 frozen bananas
1/2 vanilla bean
1 t sweetener of your choice, I used agave nectar

Caramel sauce
1/2 cup of pitted dates
1/3 cup of water or as needed
1/4 vanilla bean

Pomegranate seeds and raw vegan chocolate
If you want to make the chocolate by yourself, mix 1 cup of melted coconut oil with 1/4-1/3 raw cacao, 1 t sweetener of your choice and vanilla to taste (yields about 1 cup of chocolate sprinkles or 1 chocolate bar).

For the vanilla icre cream, blend your frozen bananas with the vanilla and sweetener until creamy.
For the caramel sauce, blend dates with water and vanilla. Add water to desired consistency.
Spoon your ice cream into your favorite bowl, layer with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pomegrante seeds and raw chocolate.

Enjoy!
